01Who we are and what these conditions are for

LuriNode is a brand of Alberto Corrias. The full details of the seller are provided at the bottom of this page.

These conditions govern the sale of NFC cards, digital business cards, digital menus for restaurants and related services. They apply to every order placed by private customers and by VAT-registered holders, referred to here as the "Customer". Italian Legislative Decree 70/2003 on e-commerce applies and, for consumers, Legislative Decree 206/2005 (the Italian Consumer Code).

02Who can buy

To purchase you must be of legal age. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered during registration and ordering, used for invoicing, shipping and card creation. It is not permitted to enter false data or data belonging to other people.

03How the order is completed

To purchase, the Customer registers on the site, completes their profile with the required data and confirms the order by following the guided procedure. They then receive a summary email.

The summary email confirms receipt of the order but does not yet amount to acceptance: LuriNode may decline to act on orders that are incomplete, suspicious or not compliant with these conditions. The contract is deemed concluded when we send the activation or shipping confirmation.

04Products and personalisation

The NFC card and digital profiles are personalised products: they are configured and, where applicable, engraved or printed on the basis of the Customer's data and choices. Images and descriptions on the site are indicative; small differences from the actual product do not constitute a defect.

05Prices and payment

The price applied is the one shown on the site at the time of the order, including VAT where due. Any shipping costs are shown before confirmation. For shipments outside the European Union, any duties or customs taxes are borne by the Customer.

Payment is made online via the secure Stripe circuit. LuriNode does not store payment card data, which is handled directly by the service provider.

06Subscription service and renewal

The card includes a service period, indicated at the time of purchase, during which the digital profile is active and updatable. On expiry, the service can be renewed according to the methods indicated on the site.

Without renewal, the profile linked to the card is deactivated: the physical card remains the property of the Customer but will point to a page indicating that the service is not active. Renewal reactivates the profile.

07Shipping and delivery

Orders are prepared and shipped to the address indicated by the Customer within a few working days. The digital profile may be active and usable even before the physical card arrives.

LuriNode is not liable for delays due to the courier or to force majeure (strikes, weather events and the like). When available, the Customer receives a reference to track the shipment.

08Right of withdrawal

The consumer Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the Italian Consumer Code, provided that the product is intact, unused and complete with its original packaging. The request must be sent to info@lurinode.it; the return is made at the Customer's expense using a trackable method.

The refund, when due, is made within 14 days of receipt of the return, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

09Warranty

Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity provided by law for manufacturing defects or non-conformities. In case of problems, the Customer can write to info@lurinode.it describing the defect.

10Proper use of the service

The Customer undertakes not to publish, through their profile, unlawful or offensive content, content that infringes the rights of others or that does not comply with the law. LuriNode may suspend or deactivate profiles that violate these conditions or the law.

11Intellectual property

The LuriNode brand, the site, its content, graphics and software are the property of the owner or of the respective right holders and may not be reproduced without authorisation. The data and content uploaded by the Customer to their profile remain theirs; by uploading them, they authorise LuriNode to process them in order to provide the service.

12Limitations of liability

LuriNode provides the service with the utmost care, but does not guarantee that it will always be free from interruptions or errors. It is not liable for damages arising from improper use of the product, from incorrect data provided by the Customer or from malfunctions of the Customer's devices. The site may contain links to third-party sites, over whose content LuriNode has no control.

13Changes to the conditions

LuriNode may update these conditions to align them with regulatory or service changes. The conditions in force at the time of the order apply. Changes are published on this page with the update date.

14Applicable law and jurisdiction

The contract is governed by Italian law. For the consumer Customer, the court of their place of residence or domicile is competent, if in Italy. In all other cases, the court of Cagliari has exclusive jurisdiction.
