01Data controller

The data controller is Alberto Corrias (LuriNode brand). Full details are provided at the bottom of the page. For any request about your data you can write to privacy@lurinode.it.

02What data we collect

We only collect the data needed to provide you with the service:

• Registration data: name, email address and password (stored in encrypted form).
• Billing and shipping data: personal details, address, and for VAT-registered users also VAT number, tax code and recipient code, collected at the time of purchase.
• Profile data: the information you choose to add to your card (contacts, role, company, social, photo), which you decide to publish.
• Payment data: handled directly by Stripe. We neither see nor store card numbers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, collected automatically for security and site operation.

03Why we process it

• Create and manage your account and your card.
• Process orders, issue receipts and ship products.
• Send you service communications (confirmations, email verification, renewal reminders).
• Provide support and respond to requests.
• Comply with tax and legal obligations.
• Ensure the security of the site and prevent abuse.

04Legal bases

We process your data on the basis of the contract (to deliver the service you requested), legal obligations (for example tax obligations), your consent (for any promotional communications, always revocable) and legitimate interest (for site security and fraud prevention).

05How we process data

We process data with electronic tools, adopting security measures adequate to protect it from unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Passwords are encrypted and connections to the site are protected. Access to data is limited to those who need to handle it to provide you with the service.

06Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers that help us deliver the service, each for their own part:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Brevo — sending service emails.
• Hetzner — server hosting the site (Germany, EU).
• Cloudflare — security and content delivery.
• Poste Italiane and couriers — delivery of physical cards.

We also share data with the authorities where required by law.

07Transfers outside the European Union

Our servers are in the European Union. Some providers may also process data outside the EU: in that case we ensure that adequate safeguards are in place under the GDPR, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

08How long we keep it

We keep data for as long as necessary to provide you with the service and to comply with legal obligations. Tax data is kept for the period required by law (normally ten years). When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.

09Your rights

At any time you can exercise the rights provided by the GDPR: access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection to processing and portability. You can also withdraw consent to promotional communications. To do so, write to privacy@lurinode.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.

10Public profiles

Your card generates a public page with the data you choose to add. This data is visible to anyone who receives the link or the card. Profile pages are excluded from search engine indexing, but remain accessible to those who have the link. You decide which information to publish and you can edit or remove it at any time from your account area.

11Changes to this notice

We may update this notice to align it with regulatory or service changes. Changes are published on this page with the update date.
